The New Year is almost here..

Hard to believe another year has gone by.  Hoping 2011 will be a great year!  My only resolution is to rid my life of things I have been collecting...one person should not collect so many "things"....

There she is.  This spring we will be putting in a slab, then furniture, then I suppose I will make curtains to finish it off.  What Fun it will be drinking a glass of iced tea under this big beauty!

For several years now I have thought about starting a blog.  Dont really know how this will work out but I am going to try and keep it going.

My husband and I decided to purchase a birthday present to share, which is usually what we do as our birthdays are 10 days apart...the "Hacienda" pergola of my dreams!  Ordered Oct. 9, 2010 and it finally arrived Oct. 26, 2010.  Now to get it all put together....
